Today, I woke up and my little brother was crying. Last night I got compelety loaded and thought I drowned a fish. I didn't feel that bad because fish live in water. It was actually my brother's new hamster. FML

I just got hired on at Ninkasi full time which is going to be amazing! I've just been given waaaay more responsibility than I have ever had here before and it is daunting and exciting at the same time. Put in my two weeks at Cumulus which feels amazing as well. I hated that job. Way too much work for way too little pay.

Ankle looks terrible still. I rolled it taking a wrong step down a set of stairs. It popped really loud and swelled up like a balloon. Should probably go get it x-rayed.

Rekindled some old friendships and flushed some terrible ones out of my life. Turned in applications for an amazing apartment that nobody has spoken for yet which is crazy. Pictures to come if we actually get it. All in all things are starting to look up.

Got home an hour and a half ago, swampy from monsoon rain and deep humidity. Shook my umbrella off in the doorway, let the cat dart in the house between my ankles, and tried not to water damage my phone for a second time.

great compilations. I sampled a few and the rest are downloading as I type. not sure if I told you, but I lost my entire itunes last winter and it's been a slow and painful process of finding all my five-stars. I guess the cleansing has opened me up to more musicians, but they can't replace the oober-obscure never-gonna-find-again tunes that were lost. this site is a refreshing find.

i need to make room on my computer for new files... where is my external...
i'll clean my room and then wreck it just as fast.

ankle sprain.

Sprained my ankle pretty bad last night so sat around all day at Thomas' house and watched LOST while icing it and eating Chinese food. Not too shabby. All in all it's been a weird month so far. Don't even know now if we are going to move into our new apartment and we might just end up staying in this shitty house. Oh well. Here's some stuff I like.

vacation time

Very into the weaver art. I'll have to look into it when I'm on the computer. Blogging from BlackBerry, very limiting. I'm just now reading over and obsessing over an artist and a project of his- in my life so far by Stefan sagmeister. Ill post more on it later. Oh and ending with big news... I was offered a promotion- in Boston. I'm stoked but also hesitant cause I'm so happy in burlington finally. We'll have to chat about it.
